The public is encouraged to attend and comment on a Hearing Agenda topic, 2 min per speaker.

- 36 Central Park South, Symphony CP (Park Lane) Owner LLC and Highgate Hotels L.P., application for a new liquor license.
- Swedish Cottage in Central Park, a capital project that includes a change in the material of the handrails throughout from wood to bronze and to install flag poles at the site adjacent to the North Entrance. (video)
- 900 Broadway, an application in the Ladies Mile Historic District to add to new doors, awnings, signage, a sidewalk ramp and railings. (video)
