Public Hearing 
The public is encouraged to attend and comment on a Hearing Agenda topic, 2 min per speaker. 
All items listed below were presented and discussed at their appropriate committee. You can watch the meetings and see presentations on our  YouTube Channel. Drafts of Resolutions to be voted on at the Full Board meeting will be posted on our website 24 hours prior to the meeting. 

  • Gramercy Park House LLC request for a parking regulation change to establish a hotel loading zone at 16 East 16th Street
  • 16 E 16th St., an application within the Ladies Mile Historic District for a second sidewalk canopy for the restaurant, The Twenty Two, to match the Hotel Entrance Canopy. (video)
  • 284 5th Ave, an application for signage and window replacement. (video)
  • 768 5th Ave, Plaza Hotel and Residences, an application for a restoration project with Canopy and Lobby renovations. (video)
