- 5 Times Square, a presentation from the Economic State Development (ESD) for comment on an amendment to the General Project Plan for a Commercial to Residential Conversion Project.
- 350 Park Avenue, a ULURP application for certifications to transfer development rights from landmarks to qualifying sites, a special permit for a public concourse bonus, and a special permit for qualifying site waivers to facilitate a new commercial office development.
- 383 Madison Avenue, JPMorgan Chase, seeks a minor modification to a previously granted special permit (C980682ZSM) to facilitate the reconfiguration of the ground floor of the commercial building.
- 515 7th Avenue, a ULURP application to facilitate the construction of a new, 355,500-square-foot (18.0 FAR) commercial tower, 515 Seventh Avenue Realty, LP is requesting several zoning text amendments to modify Special Garment Center District rules, a special permit for bulk modifications made pursuant to the Garment Center regulations as modified, a covered pedestrian space special permit to generate a 3 FAR bonus, and a hotel special permit.
